Mike Bourgon

mike bourgon“As an attorney and Chief Administrative Officer in the financial services sector, I’ve spent years involved with integrating broad-based business issues with the management of human resources. I now work intimately with corporate management and business owners to integrate staffing programs with business goals and areas of legal liability.

During his career, Mike has managed the HR challenges faced during 20 mergers and acquisitions, over 30 downsizings, and the redevelopment of numerous back office infrastructures. He has worked for all types of businesses including insurance companies, hotel operators, industrial firms, and several non-profit companies. Mike also has been involved in numerous real estate ventures and projects. Mike has earned a Juris Doctor Degree and a Legal Masters Degree in Labor and Employment Law.

He now utilizes his experience to improve staff performance, assess employee risk, and manage human resources across a wide range of industries and disciplines.

Linda Dumas

From Xerox Corporation to Citizens Bank, Linda Dumas has brought her experience in human resources to managing both individual talent and large-scale projects. Under Linda’s direction, her HR teams have provided employee relations and training support to over 7000 business partners and colleagues in more than 300 different business centers across multiple states.

Linda takes pride in being viewed as a problem solver and decision maker, and she has driven wide-scale corporate initiatives in the areas of performance management, affirmative action & EEO compliance, talent acquisition, management development, executive coaching, change management, succession planning and organizational development. Linda also boasts an expert knowledge of pertinent employment laws and their applications.

Recently, Linda drove the execution of HR initiatives for over 2000 colleagues across the entire state of New York as a Senior Vice President and State Director.

Kay Hatfield

kay hatfieldKay specializes in the details of planning, developing, and implementing HR-related programs and special projects. Kay also plans and accomplishes the ongoing operational tasks for the consulting service.

Beginning her career in the banking industry, Kay managed both a word processing/copy center and served as an HR special projects analyst. Kay soon formed her own consulting firm specializing in project management for major financial institutions; Kay’s services included furthering initiatives regarding diversity and inclusion in the workplace for over 1,200 managers, as well as working with executive management to produce annual business plans. Kay was also involved in supplier diversity programming and worked with community empowerment teams on urbanism/place-making projects.

Along with her work with Mike Bourgon and Linda Dumas, Kay is the principal owner of Organizational & Administrative Services, an event planning and project management consulting service.
